During my recent journey through the charming Normand countryside, I chose to spend a night at La Robinière Bed & Breakfast, conveniently situated about 15 minutes from Coutances. This hotel provides a serene escape that perfectly complements its rustic surroundings. Our family of four enjoyed a comfortably clean room with ample space-a much-needed tranquility in between visits to Mont-St-Michel and the D-Day beaches. The hosts, Nadine and Jacky, were genuinely welcoming, offering valuable travel tips that enhanced our stay. Our morning conversations over breakfast were particularly nice; their warmth was evident in every interaction. For those who appreciate nature, the area surrounding the B&B offers good walking paths, with opportunities to observe local wildlife. On a sunny day, lounging on the terrace or enjoying a meal outdoors is a tempting option. While our stay was brief, the combination of natural beauty, friendly hosts, and the peaceful atmosphere made La Robinière a noteworthy stop. I found it to be a worthwhile experience for anyone exploring this part of France.
